Replacing the Battery
Prerequisites
Tools you will need
- None
Disassembly
The standby battery is held in place by a simple clip. Nothing more to do than grab it with your fingers and pull it straight out.
Any of the following 3V lithium batteries can be used as replacements:
- AWI L14
- Duracell CR2032
- Eveready ECR2032
- Maxell CR2032
- NEDA 5004LC
- Panasonic CR2032
- Rayovac CR2032
- Sanyo CR2032
- Toshiba CR2032
- Varta CR2032
Reassembly
Simply insert the new battery by pressing it down into the battery clip. The positive pole should face the interior of the case.
You can now reinstall the internal frame and secure the case.
