Introduction
While the Mac mini dramatically lowers the Mac platform’s barrier to entry, it also breaks new ground (for Apple) in unbundling the keyboard and mouse. Apple calls this “BYODKM” (Bring Your Own Display, Keyboard and Mouse), but we call it embracing the larger PC market.
Sure, you could buy Apple’s $29 101-key USB keyboard and $29 still-with-the-one-button mouse, but do you have to? Happily, the answer is “no.”
